Game crash on the chapter 10
Hello, my game crash when I enter the museum in chapter 10. :( I open the door at the top of the museum, then I fall into the hole there, and there my game crash at the moment when the screen becomes black to load the suite. An idea ? Thank you for help :D

I have the same problem.

At the moment there is no solution.

I think, I found a Solution for the problem when you start a mission that the game crashes.
The only thing you have to do is, you change the resolution to the beginnig resolution before you enter the mission. After the loadingsreen you can change the resolution back to your one.
For me it works and I hope it works for you too... :)
And sorry for my bad english... :D

Reload your game = exit+lunch the game ? If it's that, have already make that 3 times, but nothing

Same problem here...
Replying to this to help anyone in the future. What helped my friend and I was to
-Boot the 2nd player before we entered the level. This is most likely what causes it.
-Change the resolution to windowed fullscreen or to a lower resolution than your native monitor.
-Try turn off windows firewall or maybe run Lego City Undercover as an admin on your computer. (I didn't try this but it might help, I did the two above and it fixed it for me)

Hope this helps, for level 11 I'll try the same :squirrely:

Are you playing above 60 fps by any chance? if yes, try to lock the framerate to 60 or 30 with Nvidia's or AMD's control panel.. just an idea. :lunar2019piginablanket:

This is the case with most console ports, they don't like running at higher framerates..

Just want to jump in with some additional info. I was having this problem on my Steam Deck. I changed the resolution from 1280x800 to 1280x720 just before going down the museum entrance on the roof. This worked. Previously it was crashing every time.
