How to open the safe?

So one thing i to get one of two flash drives with a code, to enter the vault.

But what do I need to get into the safe inside?
Twice I saw "???" - item. So I should get it? and also - where to get it then?

Any help would be useful

The ??? item is just a quest item, you probably didn't get to it yet.
The safes open just like a real one, you turn the knob right, then left, then right.

and you turn them with arrows?
Because I never managed to open one

You turn them with A and D, or whatever you binded the walking buttons to be I guess.

Keep pressing slowly on the right arrow everytime you hear a tick you'll need to focus more till a tumbler unlocks, so you better press your arrow step by step slowly, and when the first tumble unlocks don't keep pressing the same arrow (right) or it'll reset, so press the opposite arrow (left) untill the second one opens, stop, then go right for the final and stop when it unlocks and show a green icon says "UNLOCKED" click it, and the safe is open and you can view what's inside it.

??? - it's not a quest item. It's just a bug after discharge ...knives'. As much as it sounded.
