2.Check the bitness of an installed Java on your Windows 7/8/8.1/10 — it should be the same. In control Panel look for Java, if there are no additions, then it's x64, if there be in brackets stand 32 bits, then respectively x32. There, in the Panel go to the System option details see the bitness of Windows.
Most often the problem occurs because the graphics engine in the game. So here are some tips for settings:
1.Control Panel log in on the left, select "advanced system settings", "Advanced" the bottom will see and click on "environment Variables". In the new window on the bottom click "Create". List the values _JAVA_OPTIONS and -Xmx256M.

1.Update the drivers on your PC. You specifically need video card drivers. This can be done through a system option, either apply the same Driver Pack Solution.
