Not giving me my characters

I have made it to 52% in Shadow lords and have been able to play orchid twice but at least 7/10 times the game will show 52% and she will be locked saying to purchase the 29.99 version. I just want the character I played days in a mode I do not like to be unlocked like they should be. How do I fix this and why is it happening. It is coming off as them forcing you to buy the full version which sucks because I do like the game and would like to play it but if they don't give me my character I can't recommend this to other people.

Are you saying she gets locked out again, though? That's wack. Must be due to those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ server issues.

Hopefully they fix it for I wanna buy the full game (but not at the current price) and don't want to deal with any of said issues.
