anniversary update release date/time
In a tweet, Iron Galaxy Studios shared that the release date for the update would be November 28 at 12 PM PT/3 PM ET. Those who own the digital version of the Killer Instinct Definitive Edition will receive the update to the Anniversary Edition for free.

Looks like it's already live since I can't buy the old version, despite there being 30 minutes left in the sale. :\

It properly goes live in two and a half hours from now. The patch is not out yet.
