Error on Shadow Lords/DLCs synchronization

I need a little help here, my game was working fine until it crashed on a Shadow Lords fight, I started up normally after, but my game just gets stuck on trying to sync with the servers. Normally these things are fixed with the "integrity verification" on Steam, but no response. I don't know what to do, the answers on the web are vague and useless, does somebody have the same issue? I can't play the game if doesn't connect to the servers...

I can't say Windows 7 is the source of the problem, though I tested the game with a fresh install of the OS and both Windows are in dual boot on the same PC.

I JUST upgraded my Windows 7 to 10 (installed Win10 update over Win7 on a Bootcamp iMac), and Shadow Lords now works. Everything is connecting fine.

I guess this is not a well documented issue. Something must've changed in the past month on the server side for this to happen. Not sure exactly what, but it works for me now. Unfortunately I don't think everyone will want to do an upgrade/update just to solve this issue. But for those who are willing, I guess you can give it a go.

Shadow Labs for me is fine, MP is fine. But getting the same error as you. Can't connect to Ultratech servers to play Shadow Lords. Can't see any of my KI Gold (listed as zero). Been happening for the past couple of days, can't get through. Have already checked file integrity. My Anti-Virus never had any issues with this game unless something changed.

Update: My earlier reply is wrong. Shadow survival doesn't work. I think any of the modes that involves shadows don't work as it can't connect to the server. Turned off my Anti-Virus and it has no effect.

Still nothing yet too, I can play story mode just fine but no shadow lords or these DLCs sync to work.

Just tried reinstalling. Same issue still. So... might be server side problems after all.

As of now, it still doesn't work. I'm not sure how else to reach out to the dev.

They probably turned off the servers for good.

Does this problem really affect only a certain number of players and not everyone? Tried adding exception in my Anti-Virus, went through 3 different internet connections (1 wired, 2 wireless), and it still can't connect/sync to the shadow servers. Can we have more people whose games are functioning in mulltiplayer test Shadow Lords please?

I just tried out Shadow Lords for you and I am able to do everything as normal in it, including fighting other Shadows. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2191763871
My attempts at Shadow Survival kept failing to download the Shadow data from Ultratech Servers however.

Thanks for trying this one Kryoxide. Sadly it still doesn't work on my end. MP Ranked League or I guess MP in general is fine though. How very odd - since it works for some but not others it becomes very difficult to pinpoint what the issue could be.
