More like one-third, only Season 3 characters were truly affected by the Shadow Lords update, since they only get mini-stories and questlines in Shadow Lords itself instead of the proper arcade-style progression.
Also, Omen and Shadow Jago were always treated as bonus characters, so it's no surprise they got no stories prior to Shadow Lords (I was actually surprised Shadow Jago got any story in Shadow Lords TBH).
