How to play as Kilgore?

Hello all, I just the game on steam and for reason I cant play as kilgore. I keep selecting him but it makes a noise like he is locked. However, I can select and fight him just not play as him. I was under the impression the steam version came with every character unlocked? Is their something I have to do to unlock him, or is my game glitched. It its glitched, does anybody know a fix. Thank You!!!

There is a questline that has to be completed for Kilgore to become available in the Shadow Lords mode. It's called "Hot Lead". I have yet to come across the quest myself though.

However, Kilgore should be pickable in every other mode even if you haven't done the quest. Just not in Shadow Lords.

The exact same thing happens to me when I try to play as Kilgore, not only in the Shadow Lords mode.

Well, my Windows date/time was wrong and it seems to be the reason for Kilgore being unavailable to me lol. Fixed now.
