Windows 10 crashing on startup.

Hello. So I just got back onto my desktop, and for some reason I cannot get KI to launch. What happens exactly, is the game does the usual title card, "Press start to play" and when I press a button to get into the main menu, it gets stuck on the: "Syncing Shadows and Downloadable Content." Then crashes. I have no idea why its doing it. Any help???

Alright so I tried installing it on another computer, and I'm having the same issue. I think it's KI, not my computer.

Said it in another thread, and I dunno if it'd help in this case but.
Changing your date to November 30th 2017 seems to fix it
But so you don't have to every time, use RunAsDate to do that for you.
Check "Immediate mode" and then set launch settings to open the game through it maybe

The only way to fix the crash is to close all audio software.
I have SONIC STUDIO for example. If i close it , the game works.
I just downloaded it again today.

Turn off Sonic Studio really help
