Where is it Arcade mode?

I´ve seen several videos showing Arcade more on Xbox one.

The "arcade" mode is listed under Story.

Season 1 & 2 characters have a story there.
Season 3's story mode is Shadow Lords.

how to unlock characters color?

Character colors are generally unlocked by leveling that character, by playing just about every mode. After a match you'll see your XP gain, keep playing that character and you'll start unlocking accessories and colors.

Try the survival mode too. It's insane. No worries, bro. KI got your back. It's not SFV.

Good to know I can get the colors, I have the W10 version and I didn't know how to unlock them =/

Shadow Survival is great too, if you didn't know Shadows are AI controlled enemies that you create that mimic your play style. So each Shadow you fight behaves differently.

doesn´t this game have a final boss? like mode arcade had, it´s just to do season 1 and season 2.

The final boss is Gargos, Shadow Lords mode is the actual story telling of the game. Not to spoil it for you but he is the main antagonist.

The season 1 mode does have a final boss in the form of a hidden fight with Shadow Jago but you need to do certain things in your playthough to fight him.
