I have this on my Xbox one and Windows 10 version but no input screen for the code on the steam version so I've lost my uber rare color...

Yep, and this is one of the reasons why I find those rare colors stupid as ♥♥♥♥. Being forced to buy some toys to get it (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks if you want to import one to South America) or win some super rare giveaway. Easily one of the most consumer-unfriendly tactics from the team.

Firstly I see 9 colors...
Is there any other rare color like this one for other characters?

There are about five or six characters with colors 10/11 from the toys. Shadow Jago has 10 & 11, Jago has 10 & 11, Saberwulf has 10, Fulgore has 10, Hisako has 10 and Spinal too has 10.

There is a second wave of figures that has Orchid, Combo, Cinder I think but nobody knows if they've canceled wave 2.

That being said I don't even know if or how Steam can redeem them, since they're Xbox codes.
