Is this game worth for Single-Player only?
How it is the AI on this game? Is it challenging? (For someone who is not really good on Fighting games, that is.)

Also, there are difficulty levels for the AI? And how impactful is each difficulty level compared to the other, if there's any?

Thanks for the attention!

Shadow Lords is neat SP mode, kinda rogue-like gameplay, battles modified with various items and guardians.

It lacks production value. Cutscenes are kinda whack, and characters' bios are unlocked in forms of written documents.

There is also Shadow Lab, when you create an AI controlled "shadow" that mimics your playstyle. You can face other players' Shadows in Shadow Lords.

Wow. That Shadow Lab sound really awesome!

But about the AI itself. Is it any decent?

Considering I'm really bad at fighting games. No skill with combos and stuff like that. I'm only decent on improvising with the few tricks I can do. XD

There's loads of difficulty options for the AI, generally ranging from challenging to super sayan. As far as single player goes each character has an arcade ladder with 3 endings, and there's Shadow Lords, which is basically XCOM and adds RPG mechanics to the fighting. There's also Shadow labs, where you make your own shadow and can fight other people's, and is essentially like playing multiplayer offline.

The presentation is a little bare bones, but honestly the content is really solid and replayable, and is infinitely better than something like MvCI, which has a "high budget" campaign but is basically a living abortion of a game.

I think you would enjoy it. I came into fighting games brand new before I started working on KI. For me - and I stress this is just about my own personal experience - KI did a good job of teaching me basics of fighting games. Openers, linkers, enders, etc.

There's also a system called Combo Assist, which allows you to forego the inputs needed, and control your character based on strength of hits.

I appreciate all your answers, guys.

This is surely looking like the type of fighting game I'm searching for.

One of the reasons BlazBlue is one of my favorite fighting games ever is because of how fluid it's gameplay is. I can even do some combos just improvising with some common inputs. (I'm not even talking about the Stylish Mode.)

I heard the combo system in this game is even more fluid and "free-style" than BlazBlue's.

I'll probably get it now.

It's worth buying this game for the Shadow Lab alone (AI that accurately fights like human players.)

Sounds pretty good, and as far as I know, Maximiliam_dood wrote the lore and directed the cutscenes

can you do 1v1 on same pc? Like me and baby bro vs each other

The game is great for single players or people who aren't godlike with fighting games.

Just saying: in KI, on hardest difficulty (Kyle), the AI actually LEARNS on his mistake (thats mean he'll not doing the same mistake twice) making him more harder to deal with.
