Can you use this DLC to change the stages music inside the game ?

Nope, but you can change a stage's theme by pressing Y (Xbone controller) on the stage select screen during Versus matches and online.

I only play Offline. As "versus" you mean?

By Versus he refers to offline play as well, though I'm not sure you can do it for Story/Survival modes.

That said, Mick Gordon did an absolutely phenominal job on this soundtrack, and you should pick it up anyway to listen to whenever.
