Mycareer team chemistry question.
What makes team chemistry I the my career menu go up or down? When I receive points from a game sometimes team chemistry says 50% but any other time I check the menu it's at 70% and doesn't change

Teammate grade mostly, also some of the interviews and how you answer them can have an influence. It seems a bit erratic in the way it goes and up down though.

After games it says I have 80%, in freemode it says I have 100%. Bit confusing.

typically, the better your grade in a game, the more your chemistry will go up. also if you win or lose, dictates if it goes up or down. like mines at 81% and my team rating is A+ right now. an easy way to boost your in game rating, i.e. C to an A+ is to just follow your offensive plays, if there is a circle, go to the circle, if there is a dotted line, pass to the man, if there is an icon over a players head, pass to them, if there is an icon over your head (normally during an iso play) find a way to clear some space form your defender and shoot (if you are already open, then shoot and hope you have a good release)., if the line has a flat line at the end, set up a screen. simple things as that give you huge boosts regardless of if you score on that drive or not. btw perimeter passes are almost 100% guarranteed to give you a "good pass" bonus. and if you catch a team mate on a drive to the basket and they draw a foul and score, you get a "good pass" "pass leading to foul" and "assist" bonus and if you were in the right spot for that play, you will also get a "good spacing" bonus. i can go an entire game with no points or assists or any stats and get an A+ rating, if i simply follow the plays on offense and don't turnover or have a defensive breakdown.
