Rookie was an option in 2K17, 16, & 15.
They removed it this year to increase VC buying.
There shouldn't be.
I've been playing sports games since the 80/90's, there's no excuse to remove options to allow your customers to PLAY THE GAME how they want to, you know, since they paid their hard earned money for it.
Screw this VC crap and the online competitive mode, give me back the option to PLAY THE GAME how I WANT TO.
To everyone saying that rookie wasnt in the game before this i guess you never played 2k properly the damn game has always had rookie mode the problem is they made badge grinding an online thing not just offline there is no literal offline mode anymore it is all online they also did this so you dont have it easy mode they want you to pay vc to their ♥♥♥♥ company to get a good enough player to play on pro also something else you should know the sliders dont give you more exp or vc per game so playing on hof is useless
