Extremely annoying (some of the later cutscenes are just so cringeworthy, unbelievable) and yes, ugly as sin. As i said: I looks like she ran face first against a wall....multiple times.
Quite a shame, most asian women are actually quite good looking, so outside of the obvious reference i really don't know why they made her that ugly looking (as a woman, i'm allowed to say that without being sexist :-p )

How do you make a connection to microtransactions? All I'm saying is that I think it's great they ad someone as a friend who isn't looking like a 10/10 supermodel but has a more natural look. Why wouldn't he be friends with a chinese girl? People have normal looking friends too. I can understand if you find her personality annoying. But to complain because she is chinese or because she is ugly, really?

I don`t know why you guys expect a good looking character, when even Rachel DeMita, who frickin works for them and could easily do a face scan to her, looks ugly af and absolutely nothing like the poor girl. And this is not new either, it didn`t look like her even in previous games. I mean... lol 2K.
