Secondary: sharpshooting
If you want primary shooting, good secondaries are sharpshooting (aka pure sharp), playmaking and shot creating.
But I'd go with what Livada said if you truly intend to be a "true" point guard.
Didn't you like go thru a dribble got phase where u hogged the whole game
Another way to look at it is this, dribbling is less of a dice roll than shooting. With things like moving side to side and blow bys being very effective alternatives to having higher levels of ball control this year. Because of this, marks have to guard you that much more closely from farther out, which opens up a lot of options as a point guard.
PG can't have rebounding primary.
