why does every NBA 2k game get moslty negative reviews?

2K (Take Two) makes NBA 2K games now as cash grabs with no real substance or added content. Its a gross video game practice that has been plaguing and ruining NBA 2K for a few years now, cause now they have changed the dynamic of MyCareer and centered it around VC purchasing making it the weakest storyline in any NBA 2K game (yea, worst than 2K16's Spike Lee Joint). NBA 2K18 is by far the most heinous act of greed 2K has bestowed upon us. Also no VC sales, ignoring or not doing anything about cheaters and pretty much just ignoring the PC community.

Take Two has defintely stepped into the microtransaction arena with NBA 2K and GTA 5. Its sad that this trend is not going to end anytime soon with NBA 2K19 and Red Dead Redemption 2 on the horizon. I fear those games will be lost behind the greed that Take Two is obviously and blatantly displaying. They also like to ♥♥♥♥ on PC players big time, which makes matters worse. I am not surprised by the overwhelming negativity towards 2K18 (PC version).

wah wah wah, thats all I'm reading in this thread. Single player game modes, MyLeague, etc are fantastic. Gameplay is awesome. But everyone crying is crying because of the MyCareer mode and online mode where people willingly buy VC because they are able to. Don't like it? Don't play. Microtransactions are dumb but you might as well get used to it because they aren't going anywhere. The fact that everyone is giving the game a negative review because of one area of the game, an area they are not forced to play and WILLINGLY engage in, is idiotic. Because the game and gameplay as a whole are great. You're just mad people are dumb enough to pay more money to max their guys out. But you're equally idiotic giving a game a negative review because you personally do not like a minor portion of the game. Grow up.

A lot of 2K games in general get mixed or lower reviews. It is not because the games are technically bad, it is because of 2K.

I stated the many issues about 2K18. Yes, VC is the main complaint. But there are many issues dealing with 2K18. The story is weak as ♥♥♥♥. The A.I is dumb as ♥♥♥♥. And i'm tired of people complaining too but I don't call them out on it cause I know this game isn't for everyone including myself. But I play cause I love basketball! And i'm sadden by the lack of concern and response on 2K's part. They ♥♥♥♥ on PC gamers. Its a fact. Need proof? Why is the VC sale on consoles and not on PC? Its many things, not just MyCareer mode!
