VC Glitches?

Anybody know of glitches to get more VC or ways to get alot of VC without playing Park ?

MyLeague still works (will not be possible once the next patch drops)
Start a MyLeague and then play the games with Simcast (regular one not live), sim a couple seconds or a minute then jump into the match. I usually wait until the ref gives the ball to the player. Back to Menu. Sim to End. Quit
Go to Settings and reduce the simulated playtime by 1 minute
Do everything again and reduce the sim time again.
Do that until you're down to like 5 simulated minutes.
Wait about 30 minutes and do it again (don't forget to set the time back to 12 minutes)
Gives you a couple thousand VC every time.

Otherwise if you don't care about your Career stats (or use a second save, a dummy file)
Go to the Team Practice, open the Nav menu, go to settings and to the playtime and press right once. The playtime will go down to 1 minute.
Play the NBA matches and get 500-600 every time (plus endorsement money)

I haven't heard anyone getting banned for it on any platform so i'd assume you wont. Personally though I don't really think 2k cares about the PC crowd doing it seeing as they don't even ban actual cheaters that negate actually upgrading attributes plus it takes a lot of patience to grind the myleague glitch as it take about 3 to 4 minutes to do all the steps and then having to wait 10 minutes (not 30 as Shadow stated though I waited 11 minutes for reasons) to do it again. Obviously it's much faster than playing the park,pro-am or NBA games but still it's a boring process.
