Sword Gone!!!???

Now this is weird. If i'm just dumb and have completely forgotten where the sword picture is in karamari hospital please tell me.
The picture hanging on the wall with used to contain the removable sword is gone from the secret passage room! now in its place is a picture of a long road winding though woods? Like i thought something was up when the little surgical table didn't appear in endless mode as i have fully completed karamari hospital before and picked up the sword and also the little specimen 1 fizzy drink jumpscare can has gone too???
