Didnt encounter clown in endless mode.

Simple as. Starting room never showed up , I activated Charles , the Husks and Hooked Doll but Clown refuses to show up. Also is the Husk encounter a one time thing? They didnt reappear.

you know how the clown does nothing and is useless, but entertaining? try exploring otto's room instead of going directly for the pizza slice

What room number have you gotten up to? If you are past the 2400s you absolutely should have seen him by now. There are 25 enemies who can chase you in Endless, between the base game specimens (besides that 1 and 9 don't chase you, so 11 of the 13), five of the six Karamari monsters, the five unknown specimens, and now the four Dollhouse enemies which have been added, this means after you get through the 2400s and have reached 2500, you definitely would have encountered him. If you're not that far yet, you'll see him eventually. Usually though you will reach the point of seeing everyone during the 2300s. It would only be after the 2400s if Specimen 2's starting room appears in the first 100 rooms, but that doesn't happen very often since he's always in the re-chase pool by default.

The way Endless works is in each group of 100 rooms, you encounter a new enemy.

As for the Husks, they can in fact reappear.

Also what if I killed the husks in the starting room?

I had the husks show up later, quite a few rooms after their initial encounter. Kind of odd, I assumed they were a one time only thing at first too. Not getting the specimens is just luck of the draw though. I've played about 700 rooms of this new update and gotten the hooked doll 3 times, the husks and clown once and charles not even once.

the otto room has been updated it seems with another room with the clown cage. but it seems when entering the room you have a choice of eating the pizza and triggering otto or going to the left and pushing the clown cage button and releasing him

but the only time i have found Otto's room i took the pizza before realising you could go to the left and thus i am yet to fully figure out if this IS how you get the clown to spawn

damn, sucks to have to spend another 4+ hours of my life because I accidentally picked up the pizza first. Been trying to just get otto to spawn first so I don't have to do another full 2500 room run in endless but in 26 attempts I haven't found him. did get siren 5 times in a row though

If you've made it to Room 1000 or above since last time the game updated, I'm pretty sure you can use the SCARE system to configure a playthrough. Also, I could be wrong about this, but I think if you select Otto / Unknown Specimen 2 as the only specimen in the rechase pool, their spawn room should appear first even if they're already chasing you.
