i can not find the licence place in the Honeloa Island i have been looking for hours.

thas the thing its no where to be found i have look every where i think it might be a bug for me

ok I am on that map now, you don't need a licence cause most of the machines on that map you already have the permit to, and the deveoper I guess didn't feel it was neccassary to have a permit for the tower crane, I confirmed this by testing getting into each machine, normally it won't let you enter it until you do the license

so go for it you can do the jobs and properties right away

Having this problem too. No license for crawler crane and nowhere to get it on Honeloa. Tower crane is fine without license.

Does it affect your further game progress? Let us know if you can't do other tasks in the game because of it.

Had the same problem here. Yes, it seemed to affect further game play. Since Crawler crane is missing license, casino and Tokyo hotel jobs were unavailable on the Island. The problem stems from not completing the Dorfenberg level.

SOLUTION: You have to buy crawler crane in Dorfenberg ($12000) and get license there.
