Also make sure to use worker senses for hints.

I know this is an old thread so it's a long shot if anyone replies but I'm having trouble lifting the engines (and other things) high enough to get it out of the truck (or garbage into a dumpster). Any help would be appreciated.

It has been quite a while since I have played this game. I assume you are using the remote controlled robot, if so it sounds like you might be missing one of the arm movements. You can adjust the height angle at all 3 pivots, the machine, the elbow (middle joint) and the wrist (the end where you pick stuff up). If you are using the full range of the arm, I am not sure. Maybe look up some youtube videos of gameplay and see what they did different.

I haven't tested it on the contracts I was stuck on and did the bare minimum but I did play around and turns out the keybinding was messed up for that third arm movement. Thank you for letting me know there WAS three arm movements for well the robot AND the excavator. Much appreciated!

you can just back the truck or dumptruck right into the cut roof and it goes inside. works for all the cars except the trains, still need a lift* for the front, back, and 2 roof bits
