Back in Action not starting

Back in Action is not getting started. Its opening the screen resolution window, but when i click "Start Game" nothing happening its no black screen, no error .. . i am using AMD Radeon R7 200 Series Graphics Card.. i was thinking it may not a GPU Driver issue.. Does anybody faced similar issue?

I have the same GPU as you and the game works 100% fine on my end. Try validating the game files maybe.

Hi, My'n is windows 10 .. which OS ur using?

Yeah, that could be it. I couldn't game in Windows 10, had to revert back to Windows 7 to get my games working again.

From what I have heard. Windows 10 is able to run everything that Windows 7 can run, the issue could be that you may need to update your GPU drivers after you have installed Windows 10 because your GPU drivers may still be configured to only work in Windows 7.

i was able to run crossfire, but back in action was not working.. dont know what was the real issue..

Just came back to play BiA & Xfire again. I have Win 7 and they both work fine. IIRC, I had to delete 4-5 introduction videos from the programs before I could stop getting the black screen and go to the main menu. Can't remember all the details but I'll see if I can find the thread.

OK here's what fixed it for me when I first had trouble with a black screen
when trying to start up JA BIA for the 1st time: (from an old Steam discussion thread long ago)

"...I had your specific problem when I first got BiA back in May. It would start up but then I got stuck in a black screen before I got to the menu. Thanks to Pheace, he gave me the following path & files;

"You can go to steam/steamapps/common/jabia/bin_win32/videos folder and move these video's out of it temporarily.
1) coreplay_intro.wmv
2) kalypso_intro.wmv
3) amd.wmv
4) bitcomposer_intro.wmv
5) story_intro.wmv"

Or you can just set exe to compatibility with Windows 7 and start as admin. Game runs ok and even intro movies works.
