Wie installiere ich die mods bei steam? Finde nirgends eine Anleitung

The readme text that come with the mod will have instruction's like this from Kilatomat's realistic rebalancing mod:

Instructions:
-copy and paste the "configs", "interface" and "textures" folders to "Jagged Alliance Crossfire / bin_win32"

For Steam the path would be: "Steam / SteamApps / common / Jagged Alliance Crossfire / bin_win32"

Removal:
This mod can be deactivated without a trace. simply rename or delete the three folders (configs, interface, textures).
This mod can not damage your game installation. There wont be any need to re-install the game. ever.
Savegames will not break when being loaded with/without this mod. You can activate/deactivate this mod at any time.
