Achievements does not count

Hi,
I wonder if the achievements do not work ?
Please have a look at my achievement list.

It says I did not have 10 officers, but I had 50 (yellow boxes). Same with items: It says I did not have 10 items, but Ihave the achievement of 20 items (red boxes).
Furthermore I had MANY more of these achievements (complete 50-100 duels, destroyed 10 forces, had 200+ items, completed 100+ siege figths ) but nothing counts.

Are you using custom officers? Achievements lock if you have loaded in custom officers or have cheats turned on.

I have 300 hours game play with 15 Achievements unlocked. All of which was unlocked before they added in custom officers. :(

Yes, I have one custom officer. Thanks for the answer. I will check this out.
