Uneducated people cheat?
My economy are so good that there is no unemployment people on my island (yay) but the issue is, there are no "uneducated people" on my island anymore! I've searched for a cheat or some suggestions of gaining uneducated people but had no luck so far.

All of my farms, fishings, mines are all deserted. I have 400 people at the moment, working in their high rised buildings and high wages but... They are getting hungry! LOL Ranches are abandoned too.

All I could think is to close down schools and colleges to gain the next generation uneducated people which i certainly don't want to do that!

Or there is a such thing as adding 100 uneducated people cheat, please do say! haha :P

Any advice would be great! Please :)

China Development Aid
Cost: $10,000
Requirements: An Immigration Office and excellent relations with China.
Effects: Asks China for aid in developing the island. When the next freighter arrives on the island, 100 Chinese immigrants will join Tropico as citizens. Most of these immigrants will be uneducated, but a handful will have high school or college degrees.

Bloody hell, I've completely forget about that! Although I can't seem to recall, is that once off thing though? Or able to repeat over a period of time?

I couldn't remember so I went into an old game and tried it. Looks like it's a one time only edict.

Use Humanitarian Aid until they arrive.

You can also import food, right?

Yep, but that wasn't my point. Food, mining and some vacanted uneducated job positions were a big share of profits from selling them overboard however it got solved by itself anyway as I had about 300 people moved to my island.

Big yay.

i usually go with booze baron cheese so I import a bit of food

Fair enough but one question. How many people live on your island? :P

I have at least 1000 now, so importing in food is hugely expensive to cover everyone's needs over a period of few months.
I usually have this problem too. What I do is slow down development.

I haven't played around with big islands yet. I only played half the campaign and I usually had booze baron IIRC so I concentrated on rum exports which is hugely profitable for a small population.
My new idea is for a 0 corruption setup. I tried Chief of Police (as a break from Booze Baron imbaness), Military Coup, with Vigilante and Incorruptible for less crime (plus Green Thumb for pollution as usual).
Take a look at:

Also, just an Immigration Office with Open Doors, will get lots of uneducateds.

I would also like to mention that you should reduce your highschool teachers to one or two as your uneducated work force dwindles to keep your production going as you get more immigrants.

Ooh, I never thought about that. That is actually impressive method, rather than my thoughts of closing down all of the schools haha :P
