What the Acronym "AoE Job" means ?

I dont speak English well.

Today, I found the word "AoE Job" in Tropco4 Optimized Layout Illustration.

What is "AoE Job" ?

Well, seeing the form might help me add context, but just guessing..

In general, AoE means"Area of Effect". I would assume this is relating to something that covers a specific area. For instance, the Garbage Dump would have an Area of Effect surrounding it, showing where it lowers pollution. The Power Plant also has an Area of Effect, providing power to all buildings within the area.
