Where are my DLC's?

So I bought Tropico 4 off the humblebundle website, (was happy to see it on sale!). Been playing it great with no problems. Then I saw the DLC's on sale, and the collector's bundle. But I only bought the DLC's on sale, including Modern times. To my unfortunate discovery, they weren't redeemable through steam, only two were...voodoo and La Junta DLC...

I however redeemed the codes for the other DLC's through my Kalypso account http://launcher.kalypsomedia.com/klx.php

The first one I redeemed on this website, I tried to see if it would download through the launcher whenever I would start the game, success, it let me. So I downloaded it, it installed and I closed it. Now I went on to redeem the other 5ish codes, all success...then went ahead and opened Tropico 4 again and it was downloading...But I have not seen anything other than voodoo buildings since I downloaded/installed all dlcs... I thought that maybe they would appear after i finished playing one of the mission/game/islands so I waited and finished it... I wouldn't know where to even look to see if those DLCs downloaded and installed correctly. I also don't see an additional menu option for Modern times, because after all, its almost like an expansion pack, is it not?

So can someone please help me out...

The only other option I have is uninstalling Tropico 4 again and reinstalling, but I don't want to lose my game, and that's the other problem. I have looked to see where those files are saved, and can't find them...

Any help is greatly appreciated. girl in distress here!

Each DLC has it's own mission, MT has a Modern Times campaign. If you can't see those, then the DLC isn't running.

Game serials from other websites aren't always compatible with steam, unfortunatly. I've made this mistake before as well.

So even though I redeemed the code from the Kalypso account on the link provided, and I saw them being downloaded when I started the game, they won't show up??

And I bought them from amazon BTW.

Generally speaking, unless it explicitly says that you're buying a key for Steam, it doesn't activate on Steam.

Did you check Main Menu > Play > Extra Missions ? The MT camp is under Play but it's also a option for sandbox.

I just emailed Amazon, got a refund for all those...oh well, I'll just wait for a sale on here...

DLCs from the Kalypso website or from Amazon are not compatible with the Tropico Steam version.

Shouldn't have to wait too long Moon. Tropico always seems to go on sale during any of the big Steam Sales. I assume we are getting a black friday sale, so hopefully you can snag it on the cheep!

aww that sucks, they were for a good price too...oh well.. and awesome!! thanks guys. Will wait very "patiently" to see them on sale! :)
