Tropico 4 - Update 1.06 - Changelog
An update patching Tropico 4 to version 1.05 is now available for boxed retail and select download client owners. The Steam edition of the game is already updated to the latest version via the Steam client software.
Changelog for 1.06:
- Fixed several crash issues
- Fixed a severe slowdown issue
- Fixed uprising not ending issue
- Fixed tasks about issuing edicts that didn't disappear when completed
- Tasks for unavailable DLC buildings and edicts no longer appear
- Arrest logic improved
- Fixed some cases where citizens got stuck
- Visual behavior fixes to boats, Luxury Liner, Marina, Zoo and other buildings
- Fixed placing the Tour Office flag
- Mine upgrades are displayed and function properly
- Fixed character portrait for secret agents
- Extra Mission works properly after completing all of the available DLC missions
- Fixed issue with Modern Times disc/installer version not properly loading DLC
- Tropicans now enjoy the longest walks on the beach ever

So that's NOT it.
Totally agree, its bs to not publish patch notes. Do the devs who don't publish them actually NOT track the changes they make to their product? (if so, how do they actually get anything done without documentation)
Or do they really think customers believe they don't keep track of changes/have zero interest in said changes?
How hard could it possibly be to copy and paste a list together from their own internal list?
Probably just laziness brought on by consoles rarely, if ever, getting patch notes and since us PC gamers get a lot of ports from the consoles, at least last generation anyway, it happens more often than it used to.
I also looked up the 1.06 changelog but it appears that that was not what was downloaded today.
