The "retail" copy given by humble bundle (thanks Devs for making it possible!) And the steam special edition?

I can't find anything pertaining to DLC under properties for my game (through HB) but the steam special edition has DLC.

Can somebody shine some light on this? Am i a jammy git and got all the DLC? What gives?

Hi Toke4us.
You can easily check ingame, if you got the Steam Special Edition.
Just start e.g. a new sandbox game and check for the map "Isla Nublar". Or create your Presidente and check iof you own El Presidente's avatar costume "Luchador".

If that's the case that this Humble Bundle Free Tropico 4 (Retail) version without any extra. Will we get an option to upgrade to Steam Special Edition or the Collector's Bundle Edition in the future with special upgrade price?

As someone who grabbed the game thanks to the Humble promotion, this appears to be the Special Edition since I have access to both of those.
