What happend to the Tropico 4 Mods?

Since I really hate the fact that you can't build the old buildings anymore once you unlocked the modern versions I would like to use the mod that allows you to choose wich version of the building you want to use but I can't find it anywere on the internet anymore. What happened? Any solutions?
