Yeah, but I think boosting foreign aid by El Presidente visiting the airport seems more efficient for that money bonus.
I noticed that El Presidente usually hangs around the place you leave him at and he automatically inspires buildings in the viscinity, or he makes speeches from the palace and whatnot.
The thing, if you choose El Presidente as female then her barks are annoying af when clicking her around.
I just choose that girl with a bonus for religion and because she's charismatic. Basically she's perfect for peaceful, neutral playthroughs to keep everyone happy and get elected peacefully all the time.
