How does the percentage difficulty thing work? I am not sure if 91% is Medium or Easy

To me that number don't mean sht. All maps don't seem difficult.

Yeah, and one map is like 125%, the next is 73% and the third goes back to 114%. What the ♥♥♥♥?

The only mission that has given me a challenge was mission 4 from modern times DLC. Which you get hit with either an earthquake or volcano every year. Destruid buildings can really throw the game. But again, that number don't really make anything harder or easier.

It's a score multiplier. Maps the game considers more difficult give you a higher multiplier to your final score. Most things that affect it don't really make things that hard though.
