Auto dash not working

Hi,
I just started playing this game and gotto say that i really like it.
My question is that for some reason after the first zone where you gather your party, i cannot move fast. (Option -> Auto Dash on)

Also will appriciated if you can tell how long approximately is this game.

Hello !

It is voluntary, it only activates in certain areas

The game have 2 ending , if you just want to finish the game between 12 and 25 hours.

If you want the true ending + discover the "hidden" story , between 50 and 90 hours

A quick question i am at the begining of the first town but is there any way improving my stats (like farming stat boosting items or crafting, etc..)

Later you have some places to unlock crafts and areas to get extra XP or STATS :)
