Adventure mode (for now)

It's fairly borked for now and just needs time to bake (which the dev literally said in the update notes) so no real surprise there.

All in all it's looking good from a progress standpoint and I was able to get in about 250 days before I got the town name bug. I continued on through the world of "@@@@@" towns for a bit. After that I loaded in and my party was flat gone. it acted like it was there but never showed on the map.

So borked, sure. That being said I look forward to more campaign/stability progress. I hope the dev will put his/her full focus on these continued campaign mode updates because this is where the game shows real potential. I know that I, for one, had become super weary of the near endless "look, another race..." updates.

There is only 1 more race on the roadmap. They have definitely shifted focus to the adventure mode. I am so glad they made it randomly generated maps.

Currently players can create original character portraits. I hope in the future there will be a feature that allows players to create and share scenarios.

I am just a bit disapointed of the turn based movement on the world map. I think the original map movement was better and more sensical.

We had an incomplete adventure mode for years, now the dev said screw that and started making a new incomplete adventure mode that will last years and then guess what... he will make a new adventure mode. Meanwhile clueless people will purchase this product hoping it will will someday be finished...poor souls.

The old Adventure Mode is still available and so you might want to try that if you want something other than Arena Mode. The old Adventure Mode wasn't bad, it was a little basic, especially the dungeons, but I still got some entertainment out of it.

I have been playing the new adventure mode with no issues so far. Would definitely recommend it over the original adventure.
