blade master - ranger?

hi guys,

i was thinking about blade master prestige class, but truth to be told, i dont remember many rules from 3.5. so i need help.

i was thinking about ranger as i like dual wielding STR long swords. thanks to ranger feats. but question is, will i be able to reach requirements like combat expertise or combat expert with ranger?

Yes, a ranger can obtain those feats. The main downside to using a ranger as a blademaster in 3.5 is the slow feat progression. So, you'd be level 12 (or 9 with a human) before qualifying. You could take a level or 2 of fighter for the bonus feats to get there more quickly.

thanks, now when i think about it, it takes 21 levels for ranger to go for perfect two weapon fighting... looks like its better to stick with 2h weapon fighter
