Game structure?
The game seems really cool!
I was wondering about a couple things, though:

1. What is the game structure? City and big dungeon beneath? Big open world? Straight up dungeon crawl?

2. How soon will English version appear after release?

it dosent seem that american doller or playerbase is really valued. as much as i hate to do it and im tired of relying on players who want people to injoy the games to hack and translate the files.
but.. im making sure i take off non english games from my list..and all devs gota do is google translate copy and paste.

i do love how they present everything in english in the stiore

I've been involved with language translation for software and it is nowhere as near as simple as you make it out ot be. You can't just run things through an inline translator.

That being said, one feature that would be nice on Steam is a language prefernce, that way we can block or sort on games for given languages which would help everyone.

these guys would make alot of $ just by giving language options most american devs add multi language in their games.. this is 2017 .. time for isolation is over. but thanks to these devs who understand i will buy on release and patentily wait for the english version. hopefuly it dont take as long as nobanaugas ambition did

im pretty amped to play low magic age :)

>1. What is the game structure? City and big dungeon beneath? Big open world? Straight up dungeon crawl?

Thank you for your interest in Low Magic Age!

The adventure mode will be a sandbox, a big open world with lots of cities, villages and adventure sites.

Cities and villages provide adventure gears, random quests, trade goods and other services.

When your adventure party entered an adventure site, such as caves or ruins, a local adventure map will be presented. You may encounter traps, npcs, battles and other events on the local map, similar to Darkest Dungeon.

>2. How soon will English version appear after release?

The game text that need to be translated has been sorted and ready for translation. Several translators will do this job together, a few of them are the dnd 3r/4e English to Chinese translators.

It is estimated that the translation needs 1 or 2 months.

Sorry for the temporary absence of the English version;(

Low Magic Age is a rich-information game, every equipment, feat, spell, first and secondary attribute of characters, has their detailed description. So we need more time to put text in order and translate.

Any way, the English translation is our top priority task now, so stay tuned;)

This is fantastic to hear, thank you. Please take your time to make sure the translation is as clean as possible -- and make sure to update when it's out!

By the way, there is another indie OGL game -- Knights of the Chalice.
It is known for it's sophisticated AI - enemies are smart and can really utilize the mechanics against your party.
I hope your game will provide healthy competition, and maybe even end up better!

Thanks again for your recommendation. Knights of the Chalice, The Temple of Elemental Evil, Dungeons and Dragons Tactics (PSP), Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2, Icewind Dale 1 & 2, are always in our computers ;)
