Did I softlock the game?

Or am I stupid? Basically I completed all puzzles but I didnt get an arrow to move to the end of the game. That place where all the light went when you completed the pillars of light. I saw others simply getting their arrow by completing all pillars but I didnt get one (maybe its because I left the game during the animation). Now I am looking for a way to fix this without having to reset the game.
