Is tier 4 monument possible?

I just got a tier 3 monument last game.
I wonder is it possible to create a tier 4 monument?

Well done! 'Déjà vu'ing', I landed here again, which ended (TBC) with a bit of Tier 4 talk ... Eh, would say it's possible, but not sure it was developed

Well, it looks like game does support upgrading monument beyond Tier 3, although, i guess, devs didn't expect us to reach that far and didn't bother making a different model for Tier 4 monument:

I was going to check if Tier 5 was the same, but accidentally used up last flowers on board to make a monument, and game finished (even though there was a flower dropped as item). It's was kinda tiresome even with Cheat Engine, so I'll just assume game can go on with higher tiers by just incrementing the number.
