Can't end turn?!

So i ve returned to this game after a long time and continued my save file.
In some instances game won't allow me to end turn/hit the clock for next season to come, resulting in abandoning my run..
Any idea why?

I think it's caused by undoing building a monolith, since that's what I did right before trying to end my turn when it broke for me. But I think you should be able to just return to main menu then click play again, and it'll put you right back where you left off!
