Product Key Already in use

I have never been able to play this game because it says my product key is already in use. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have the same problem and I should NOT have to look up a new key online... I bought and paid for the game and should be able to play it!!!!

I am so sick of these game companies ripping off the players. Startrek online was taking my $15 a month just to change to an activation code that I never received... after 2 months of fighting with them just to play my game, they went a step further and now could not even look at my profile page without the code so could not even unsubcribe. Had to end up calling my bank to cancel the sub fee.

Played SWTOR for a couple of years until they did the same thing....lost all my membership perks for being with them so long and all my characters....2 companies I refuse to deal with again...looks like I will be having a 3rd one soon if it's not fixed.

i´m sad because i cant buy dungeons2 atm (lack of funds) so i installed this again - i know its not a great game but i thought it could scratch my dungeon itch.

but yeah one more here : product key doesnt work anymore.

uh dunno if this game is even worth the hassle to contact support. pretty sad.

update : instead of mourning about i went on contacting kalypso support and so far they have been helpful. atm waiting for my key being reactivated.

update - it took 3days for kalypso to re-activate my key. not so bad ! :)

also- i´m having fun playing this. its weird i cant remember that this was fun when i played it first. now i cant stop playing :O

Boah geht mir auch so Produkt key in Verwendung ,ich nenne sowas Betrug ,das kann doch nicht sein das man diesen erst wieder freischalten muss !! Da freut sich jetzt jemand anders der meinen Produkt schlüssel von Dungeons und Dungeons lord hat ,absoluter Betrug ist sowas !!

And i dont got the email address that the game was registered in years ago anymore and same annoying cd key issue because of it.

The cd key linking to email must be removed it is nonsense.

If you registered the product key with a kalypso account you created, of course it will tell you the cd key is in use; by the account you created duh.

If you've forgotten your login do this
SOLUTION: Follow the kalypso launcher bypass thread, in this forum, then you can bypass both the launcher and the log in/cd key requirement.

Stop being so bad at using a computer, (atleast)50%(counting all of those you've never heard about) of all games ever made for pc require some fix/patch/workaround to work properly, especially older games like this one. Go buy a console or smoke some weed if all you can do is complain while solutions to your mundane problems are banging you on the side of your head.
