I now have it running on Windows 10 21H1 after I then installed openinst.

I dont know why, but it doesnt work on Win10 in 2022 :( klick on oalinst.exe in the Game folder, but on Steam when i klick play it doesent works :(

In your Steam Game Library, Right click on the game --> Properties --> Browse, then it will open your installation folder.
