about the cryptic letter in chapter 2

I found a cryptic letter in a drawer,Is there a clue to decode the cryptic letter?

the cryptic letter is that you need out a every letter fine to read the message?,these part is not from the first broken sword,come with the director cuts..i find these puzzle very hard and i didnt find nothing to make more easy the scrip of the letter.

sorry for my english,if is your first time in bs..i recommend you play all of they.

I figured them out by starting with the name of the person who the letters are wrote to: 1st is Pierre 2nd is Plantard.
