Produkt Key from Steam doesn't work in Kalypso Game Start

So I wanted to play the game again and while installing it asked for an update. Went to the Kalypso game starter and there wanted to know the product key. I copied it from steam and after inserting it in the Kalypso game starter a message appears "Product key already in use". I can't play. Anyone with an idea what to do?

So frustrated that I can no longer player this game now that there is a Kalypso requirement for email and product key that no longer work. Steam need to sort this out!!!!!

I found on Steam under the Game name, administration.... product Key, different than the activation code, and launcher accepted that... but then, asked me to login, and refuse the Game Code under already in use.

Für alle die den Produkt-Schlüssel für den Kalypso Launcher benötigen. Dieser ist in der Steam Bibliothek abrufbar. Dazu mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Spielenamen oder DLC drücken. Unter dem Reiter "Verwaltung" steht Produktschlüssel ansehen. Dieser fängt für das Hauptspiel wie auch für das DLC mit der Bezeichnung "PAT4" an. Diesen Schlüssel im Kalypso Launcher eintragen. Dort entweder anmelden oder registrieren. Danach funktioniert das Spiel inkl. dem DLC einwandfrei.

For everyone who needs the product key for the Kalypso Launcher. This is available in the Steam library. To do this, right-click on the game name or DLC. Under the "Administration" tab it says View Product Key. This starts with the name “PAT4” for the main game as well as for the DLC. Enter this key in the Kalypso Launcher. Either log in or register there. After that the game including the DLC works perfectly.

Para todos los que necesitan la clave de producto de Kalypso Launcher. Está disponible en la biblioteca de Steam. Para hacer esto, haga clic derecho en el nombre del juego o DLC. Shouldn't need to do this but...

either use windows firewall or your router firewall to block
launcher01.kalypsomedia.com

or update your c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file to include
127.0.0.1 launcher01.kalypsomedia.com

I've added launcher, launcher01 to launcher03 just in case they decide to get tricky.
Then the game opens without showing the kalypso launcher sign in.

I used this email and in less than 10 minutes got my key working again. In my case the error (product key already in use) was because I had an old kalypso account that couldn't access anymore and support deattached the key from that account pretty fast.

after you start the game don't even worry about the key, It just loads very slow, up to 6-7 minutes
