Hi guys. I'm having a bit of trouble here. my buildings producing stuff are full and teamsters won't pick up outputs. i have about 4 teamster teams, all working, picking up some buildings' produce, but for example tree cutting won't budge. and it used to, in this same game. Would privatisation have anything to do with this?

Privatization will NOT have an effect on the efficiency of your teamsters. If anything, your teamsters are either A) really lazy/distracted by other people or B) having trouble getting to and fro from each place. When you place a teamster office, you also want to place a local garage nearby. In a sense, when you create industry, clump it around garages so the teamsters aren't running half across the island by foot. They WILL do this if there are no garages nearby.

I'm half-tempted to say "FILL THE WORLD WITH GARAGES!", but you need space for industry - and garages don't make money.

unfortunately this is not the case. none of my teamsters will pick up anything from private buildings. they happily pick up stuff from my own ones. I finished the game without using privatisation, but it's definitely an awful bug.

Privatization is probably the problem, the private companies take care of their buildings. So no teamsters will pick anything up. You will get money from the companies, but there won't be noticable exports from them. Read the edict.
(I never issued the edict, but I have read it.)
