Sir Paddy,
it's possible to make skins, bios and voice overs for the exsisiting insults. Otherwise voice-overs would need to be constatly re-recorded, there would be problems with balancing, etc.

im making a personal character for myself.

and when the base skins come out cowboy potter will become a thing.

I'm assuming that custom weaknesses are also not in the game due to similar reasons?
