Can nosferateen be unlocked by save editing

I know this is a dumb question but I have literally no idea how to unlock him, so can you do this and if so how? ( unless it’s against steam policy, because I’d rather not do it in that case)

You can unlock Nosferateen on older versions, you can downgrade your version and play 5 or so couch matches to unlock him, then update the game. You can unlock his stage by playing as him on multiplayer for a couple times.

I would recommend unlocking Groan if you haven't yet, because I'm not sure if he may be permanently locked after unlocking Nosferateen.
