Good question. Had to reset one of my character's career, but finishing it again didn't unlock that angsty teen. I did meet him as an opponent though. His stage is nice, but the character himself is kinda annoying.

It's not by getting all of the parrots. I can confirm that.

I've tried winning a match online, and getting a high scoring roast (in single player career however) which scored me 60...
I honestly can't think of much else...

However, there is a small loophole... You don't unlock the character techically, but you can play as the character... Kinda.
I'll leave it with you to figure out

There's probably something which I haven't managed to think of. However, I doubt the developers would purposely add in a character which cannot be unlocked. Unless it was a bug. Maybe you have to get a high rating insult on multiplayer? Or perhaps a certain amount of online wins? Or perhaps clearing a scene in a certain amount of time? There's... Actually a lot of possibilites.

Either way, I would like a hint from the developers... But I doubt that happening anytime soon.

It wasn't a bug. But yeah, we need a hint, since he can't be unlocked from career like everyone else that is unlockable.

I have JUST unlocked him (I think he is a he, I'm not sure). I think you unlock him by winning a roast with only one roast (you can use continuations).

I went onto a couch (because I already has 20 online wins and are currently as of right now in #20 in the leaderboard, and I completely beaten the career mode) and played as F. Parker, CFO, with the 2nd person being Dirty Potter. I was in the scene The Good The Bad And Your Momma. I kept adding to the CFO's insult by using many "and"s to make several characters being involved and then "is" and add tons of other characters using "and". I used about 3 continuations. Dirty Potter I did nothing with and ended instantly with. So,

- 1st Character - F. Parker, CFo
- 2nd Character - Dirty Potter
- Scene was The Good, The Bad, and Your Momma
- CFO dealt over 100 damage in one insult.
- ONLY used that insult and used 2-3 continuations.
- Dirty Potter did nothing.

Well, you can't unlock them by killing an AI in career mode with one insult. I pulled a 186-pointer, didn't get smeg.

Things that may have gone wrong: I was playing on a couch and I completely beat career mode (as in I have all Golden Parrots up to that point).
