"Outerra — 09/16/2023 1:05 PM
we wanted to make it accessible this year, and we still would like to, but it's not yet in a generally usable state
stuff that still needs to be finished:
fix bugs and quirks in the editors (we had to throw away the old editors that were using an unsupportable framework, a bad decision from a couple of years ago)
workarounds for AMD and Intel OpenGL driver issues or wait until they release fixes
finish VR controls integration
apart from lots of other fixes done along the way, these are the main ones we want to complete before releasing it"
The clown is because you said the 'metaverse' is really working when not only is it far from it according to the devs when it does come out I bet a lot of bugs will still be there waiting to be found out. A lot of hidden skeletons. 💀
"Admittedly not easy"
"its meant to be filled with user mods"
*Heavy sigh.*
Well, there goes the most epic, truly global World War II ever to be envisioned by man.
